We’re here to make your event planning as simple and stress-free as possible! From easy booking and on-time delivery to smooth pickup and clear payment options — we’ve designed a straightforward rental process to save you time and give you peace of mind.

1. Reservation

Book your items online anytime or give us a call to check availability and make your reservation. We’ll confirm your event details and schedule delivery so everything is ready when you need it.

2. FREE Delivery

Within the Bismarck/Mandan/Lincoln area, we deliver your rentals directly to your event location at no additional delivery charge. Items are placed in a convenient drop-off area. If you’d like full setup and/or takedown, we offer those services for an additional fee — just request it when booking.

3. Pickup

Once your event wraps up, we ask that you clean our items and place them back in the agreed pickup location. There’s no need to transport anything — we’ll return at the scheduled time to collect your rentals and handle the rest. If you selected setup/takedown services, our team will take care of disassembly as part of that service.

FAQ

  • Yes! We offer free delivery to Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln. For events outside these areas, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.

  • No, as long as we have clear access to the drop-off site, we can deliver and pick up without you being present. If that's not possible, we will be happy to work with you to arrange a safe and secure delivery.

  • Our 6ft rectangular tables comfortably seat 6 adults (3 on each side).

  • It depends on your guest count. A 20x40 tent typically fits about 80 people for a seated dinner, while our 25x50 tent can fit about 100 people.

  • If the Customer needs to cancel or modify the rental reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:
    Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund, not including credit card processing fees.


    Cancellations made 7 days to 24 hours before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee, with the balance refunded, not including credit card processing fees.
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will forfeit the full rental amount.


    In cases of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather (for outdoor events) or other extenuating situations, the Company will attempt to reschedule the reservation for a later date, subject to availability.
